Consulting
Our knowledgeable consultants are experts in everything from wetlands monitoring and environmental site assessments to wildlife surveys, and soil and water testing.
With AllWater on your side, you’ll get expert care that enhances the health and longevity of your waterbody and property. From on-site assessments to custom built solutions that are locally, regionally, and nationally compliant, we’re here to help.
Environmental Site Assessment
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment is an initial evaluation of a property to identify potential environmental risks before a sale or redevelopment. AllWater follows ASTM E1527-21 standards and handles everything from reviewing historical records and environmental databases to conducting on-site inspections and interviews with current or former owners. The goal is to determine whether there’s any evidence of contamination or other environmental concerns that could impact the property. We compile those findings into a clear report with recommendations on next steps, including whether additional investigation may be needed.
Wetlands Consulting
Wetlands are vital ecosystems that act as natural filters, purifying water and supporting diverse wildlife. At AllWater, we recognize their importance and help you navigate the complexities of wetland regulations with confidence.
Our team manages the entire process—from securing the necessary wetland permits to coordinating with your surveyors to accurately place wetland boundaries on a Specific Purpose Survey. We also provide both formal and informal wetland delineations, ensuring clarity and compliance for your development plans.
Identifying wetlands on your property is a critical first step in any residential or commercial development project. Our wetland delineation services precisely define the boundaries of regulated wetlands, helping you comply with federal, state, and local environmental regulations. Failure to do so can result in costly fines, project delays, and unexpected permitting challenges.
Understanding the wetlands on your property is essential for proper planning. Our delineation services accurately identify regulated wetland boundaries, ensuring compliance and reducing the risk of delays or penalties.
Wetlands Determination
A wetland determination is similar to a delineation but serves a different purpose: it provides an early estimate of potential wetland locations for conceptual planning before property purchase, without the formal boundary approved through an agency.
Wetlands Monitoring & Maintenance
Our experienced scientists and technicians are Licensed Applicators and well-versed in plant identification. Whether we’re monitoring or maintaining a recently mitigated or restored wetland, we have the skills and knowledge to ensure the long term value and health of your property.
Wetlands Planting
Native plants naturally filter and balance nutrient levels in wetland properties, as well as prevent erosion, add much-needed oxygen, and add visual appeal.
Our knowledgeable biologists and technicians will:
- Select native species
- Install plants that are the correct depth
- Maintain healthy plantings
Wildlife Surveys
AllWater’s experts understand the environmental needs of potential development sites. With the property wildlife identification and assessment, the needs of both fragile ecosystems and development projects can be served. Our scientists and technicians are adept and experienced with an array of surveys for both plant and animal wildlife, adhering to all local, regional, and national guidelines.
Reporting includes:
- ID of endangered, threatened, species of special concern, rare, and invasive species
- Location maps of potentially problematic areas
- Photo documentation
- Expert observations
- Recommendations
Water Testing
AllWater offers both water testing expertise and an in-house bacteriological laboratory, offering analysis for water tests ranging from total coliform to herbicides to nitrates. Sample kits are complimentary and available by request.
Aquatic Organism Testing
We also offer high quality aquatic organism testing services, including:
- Collection
- Baseline mapping
- Interpretation of biological data
Additional Water Testing Services

Soil Testing & Assessment
Soil is home to a quarter of the planet’s biodiversity and is essential to water and nutrient cycles. Without proper environmental management, construction, industry, agriculture, mining, and waste disposal can contaminate soil. AllWater’s team of soil scientists and technicians bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to your project.
Our soil testing services include:
- Soil testing: Analyzing soil for nutrients, pH, and other properties.
- Site evaluations: Assessing land for its suitability for a proposed project.
- Environmental compliance: Helping with regulations, plans, and documentation such as Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, waste management plans, and Tier 2 reporting.
- Ongoing support: Ongoing environmental management for facilities and projects.
